Mental health often affects the whole person: thus, mental wellness is a whole health approach (physical, mental/emotional, spiritual and relational wellness). Thrive: Living Resilient and Renewed is a 16-week program designed to aid you through a whole health journey in discovering healthy solutions for your heart and mind.
This group is for adults and meets on Mondays from 6:30-8:30pm twice a month from September 9 until May 12. $10 fee includes curriculum. If you are interested in joining, please email us.
